Chuwu believes its website can help the VTuber community by making it safer and easier to get art commissions. That’s why the website was launched as soon as it was secure and functional.

Is the website safe?
Yes, there are strict privacy and security measures in place to ensure your safety. Even during the alpha, all buyer and seller protections are active.

Bug fixes
During the alpha, the website will frequently receive updates, tweaks, and fixes based on your feedback.
You can expect small updates every week, but they might happen quickly if there is a big problem.
If you try accessing the website while it is applying an update, you may encounter a maintenance screen. This is normal, and you should be able to access the website by reloading the page after a few seconds.
